Out of Hours Assistance

If help is needed when the scheme co-ordinator is off duty, the alarm system can be used to call our 24 hour control centre, Call24. The control operator will be able to talk to you and ascertain the nature of the problem and ensure that any appropriate assistance is provided.

All calls at the control centre are voice recorded for reference and training purposes. In the event of a problem at the control centre affecting power or telephone failure, calls are automatically redirected to another control centre in Somerset.
