How to apply to rent a home

Tor Homes has joined Devon Home Choice, a partnership of all 10 local authorities and over 30 housing associations in Devon who are working together to make the process of finding a home simple and transparent for all applicants across Devon.

All of our vacant properties to rent will be advertised through the Devon Home Choice scheme.

Applicants can register for the scheme either by using the form available on line from www.devonhomechoice.com or by obtaining a paper application form from any Devon local authority or registered social landlord.
