Our involvement web

Tor Homes has launched an appeal to get even more of our 3000 tenants involved in the work and services of the company.

A newsletter has been sent to every one of our tenants to tell them about Tor Homes’ “Involvement Web”, a group of over 700 tenants who have said they are happy to be consulted.

Zilpah Leahy, Housing and Customer Services Manager for Tor Homes explains: “We already have a fantastic response from our tenants who take an active part in shaping our future and influencing the services we deliver. Now we are asking if there are any more of our tenants who would like to get involved.”

“There are many ways of taking part which do not necessarily mean attending meetings. We use postal, telephone and e-mail surveys and gatherings where people can make sure that their voice is heard and have a direct influence on what we do.”

We are currently asking tenants’ views on the way we handle calls to our switchboard and their response will be fed back to their Board and the results published in a future newsletter.
