Digging their way to success

Originally suggested at a meeting of the regular tenant panel meetings, our garden competition is now in its 6th year.

Zilpah Leahy, Tor Homes’ Housing & Customer Services Manager said: “We were absolutely delighted with the response we received and it was very difficult to choose the winners, the standards were so high. Running a competition is a really nice way of saying thank you to those tenants who look after their gardens year after year”.

Judged by garden enthusiasts, Vanetta Hosking and Carol Tomkins, the competition was sponsored by Greencrop of East Allington, one of the top producers in the area of environmentally friendly products to improve the soil.
