
Residents experiencing anti-social behaviour problems on our estates can telephone their complaint after normal office-hours on 0800 316 88 39.
The new service enables complainants to call at the very moment they are experiencing anti-social behaviour.
In December Tor Homes and DCHA engaged with ASB Respect Line on a three month trial basis to evaluate whether the service met the needs of residents.
In particular we wished to identify whether there was a demand for an out of hours anti-social behaviour service, the use of the ASB Respect line would be pivotal in our decision on whether to adopt the service on a more permanent basis.
Tor Homes have been particularly pleased that the service has been well used and feedback from those residents who have used the service has been very positive.
As a result of this we are pleased to advise all residents that Tor Homes will continue to operate this service and use of the service will be reviewed annually.
