Paying your rent

Your rent is due fortnightly in advance on the first Monday of each rent fortnight. Rent and other charges for your home are payable for 48 weeks out of each year.

We will send you a rent statement twice a year to show you how much rent we have charged you and how much you have paid.

Listed below are ways to pay your rent.

Direct Debit

If you have a bank account, direct debit is a simple and easy way to pay your rent. Once you have completed a form to say that you would like to pay by direct debit and sent it back to us, you need do no more

Your annual rent will be split into 12 equal monthly payments. You can arrange for the payments to be taken from your account on the 5th or 20th of each month and you can decide whether to pay monthly or fortnightly in advance.

If you would like to pay by direct debit, please call our Finance department on 0800 316 8839
