If you have a bank account, Direct Debit is a simple and easy way to pay your rent. Once you have completed a form to say that you would like to pay by direct debit and sent it back to us, you need do no more.
Your annual rent will be split into 12 equal monthly payments. You can arrange for the payments to be taken from your account on 5th or 20th of each month and you can decide whether to pay monthly or fortnightly in advance.
