Tor Homes provides quality affordable homes for local people in south Devon. Based in the South Hams, we are a non-profit-making organisation, owning and managing over 3,000 rented homes. We also build new homes for rent and shared ownership. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group which manages 17,000 properties throughout Devon and Cornwall.
